§2.5: Remove the planned PostgreSQL→SQLite refactor note; prohibit
alternative database engines in integration tests.
§5.2: Explicitly require a real PostgreSQL instance for integration
tests; ban SQLite — a GROUP BY/HAVING production bug was masked by
SQLite's permissive dialect in feature 007.
